Tuesday Happenings

Hi Commonwheelers,

I hope you’re all weathering the wet April alright.  I wanted to invite you all to two events happening tomorrow (Tues) night:
First, we will be hosting another “Tuesday Commonwheels Open House,” where we’ll have the tools and stands and workbenches open for anyone to tweak their ride.  You can check us out at the space, 22 Rugg Road in the back parking lot, and you’re encouraged to bring a friend who may be interested.  We won’t theme this open house as we have the previous ones, but it’ll be a good night of bike-talk for all.
The second event is an open house tomorrow in Roxbury, hosted by Boston Bikes (the City program) geared toward getting community involvement in the forthcoming city-wide bicycle network plan.  Planners, designers, and advocates from around the city will be there to get input from bike-lovers about what their needs are, and that input will then go to formulate the greater bikes plan over the next few years.  The event is being held at Madison Park High School, at 75 Malcolm X Boulevard in Roxbury, from 5:30-8:30 pm.  More info can be found here: http://www.cityofboston.gov/Images_Documents/Bike%20Network%20Open%20House%20Invitation_tcm3-23887.pdf
We hope to see some of you tomorrow night!
Ride Smooth,
